Gooper Girl: In 2011 we bought an old worker's cottage in Cairns, Queensland. The neighbours said it should be torn down. Our family and friends think we are crazy. Yet here we are, forging forth to restore what we like to call our, erm, 'house with character'. I have somehow become addicted to home decor magazines and finding images of what our house will one day be, and love sharing the 'before and afters' of what we have achieved so far. Enjoy!
